I always recommend an initial consultation to ensure that I can design a programme that fits with your lifestyle and meets your needs.
It’s important to discuss your current fitness level, your goals, what you want to get out of your training and your likes and dislikes when it comes to exercise. After all, this is your workout and I want to make it as fun and as effective for you as possible. It will also give you a chance to ask me lots of questions, and get to know me a little better, before you decide if Personal Training will work for you.
One to One Personal Training
Once you’ve decided Personal Training is the right approach for you, we can get started! Every client has different skills and abilities and finds different types of exercise works for them. That’s where the One to One Personal Training fits the bill. I will devise an initial programme tailored to suit your fitness and skill level and your goals and aims, which can be carried out either at your home, or using the outdoor environment, or at Central YMCA Club in London where I operate as a Personal Trainer.
Throughout the course of the sessions I will monitor your progress so that I can adapt and change your programme as necessary. You may find you want to increase or decrease the difficulty level, or adjust the frequency of a particular exercise. Or maybe you simply feel fitter and want to push yourself harder, or just fancy doing something different in your exercise routine.
This constant monitoring will ensure that your training programme stays varied, fun, challenging and tailored to your needs and goals, even if they change.
Small Groups
Fancy working out with a mate or lots of mates!? I’d be happy to run a group session in your local park, something fun and entertaining as well as energetic! Or you could just workout in a pair with your best friend and save yourself some money at the same time!
Gift Vouchers
Have you ever thought of giving a few personal training sessions as a gift? Does your partner want to get fit but hates the gym? Simply request an Evolve Fitness gift voucher for as many sessions as you would like, and they can contact me to arrange their sessions at a time to suit them. Gift Vouchers must be paid for in advance of sessions being taken.
Nutritional Advice
We all know that it is becoming increasingly important to ensure we all have a nutritionally balanced diet. This, along with exercise, can improve health and fitness, aid weight loss, give you more energy and even help the condition of your hair, nails and skin.
For a small additional cost, I can look at your current eating habits to ensure you are eating enough of the right things for training, whether that be for strength or endurance, weight loss, weight gain or just general health and fitness. I can help you understand the importance of a balanced diet, and hopefully you’ll see that sometimes it is possible to have your cake and eat it!
