After changing my own life around I was offered the opportunity to change my career and become a Personal Trainer so I jumped at the chance and haven’t looked back.
I believe that if you put in the effort, a small amount of time and lots of fun, it is possible to achieve any goals. Whether it's training to run a marathon, increase your strength, improve the tone and shape of your body, lose weight, play sports with a partner, or simply go for a walk in the park, I can put together a programme that will help you achieve those goals.
But most importantly, I understand about time limitations in a busy life and will be flexible in providing a programme that fits with your lifestyle, as well keeping it fun and varied.
